| Seattle Monorail hired Red Arrow Logistics to work on a project that involved replacing high voltage power rails on both guideways. Officials from the Seattle-based company said in a press release Red Arrow intercepted 32,000 pounds of rail, insulators, and hardware — mostly heavyweight and over-sized — and arranged for storage in 40-foot containers. Red Arrow crews then moved the materials from top-loaded containers to end-loaded containers at a local crane yard, and delivered them to the monorail at Seattle Center. |

| The project was funded with federal stimulus money. Red Arrow is owned by Liz Lasater. The 7-year-old company said its gross revenue grew from $500,000 in 2005 to $4.5 million last year. |
